AI Integration
Overview

🐼 AI Integration

The AI Integration lets AI assistants such as Claude work directly with your Reuzenpanda account. Instead of clicking through screens yourself, you can simply ask — in plain language — and the assistant reads your data and helps you act on it, safely and in real time.

You connect once, log in with your normal Reuzenpanda account, and from then on the assistant can help across your whole workspace: leads and deals, contacts, your inbox, quotations and invoices, your article catalogue, notes and automations.

You work inside Claude. You chat with Claude (in the Claude app or at claude.ai (opens in a new tab)), and the connection lets Claude reach your Reuzenpanda data — this is not the chat inside Reuzenpanda itself.

Why you'd want this

  • Ask instead of click. Get answers about your business without hunting through menus — "which quotes are still open?", "who haven't I followed up with?"
  • Draft the busywork. Let the assistant draft quotations, pull matching articles from your catalogue, write up notes and prepare replies — you just review and approve.
  • Never let a lead go cold. Surface deals that have gone quiet and the follow-ups you still owe.
  • Catch up in seconds. Ask what's happened in your account recently instead of scrolling through screens.
  • Know your numbers. Get a read on your pipeline and spot thin margins in your catalogue.
  • Your data stays yours. The assistant only sees what your own account can see, you sign in securely, and you can disconnect at any time.

Things you can ask

Here are real examples of what the assistant can do once connected, grouped by area. You don't need to know any technical names — just ask naturally.

Leads & deals (CRM)

Your workspace has Leads, Deals and Projects boards — for example the "Offerte opvolgen" pipeline that runs from Offerte maken → Offerte verstuurd → Akkoord → Betaling voldaan. You can ask:

  • "Give me a summary of my deal pipeline."
  • "Which open deals haven't moved in the last two weeks?"
  • "Find the contact person for this email address and show their recent activity."

Inbox (email & WhatsApp)

Your connected email and WhatsApp accounts are all in one place. You can ask:

  • "What unread messages do I have across email and WhatsApp?"
  • "Pull up my recent messages with this customer."
  • "Draft a friendly reply to this email that I can send myself."

Quotations, invoices & contracts

The assistant can work with your documents (quotations, invoices and contracts). You can ask:

  • "Draft a quotation for this lead based on what they asked for."
  • "Summarise this contract in a few bullet points."
  • "Turn this accepted quotation into an invoice."

Article catalogue

Your priced catalogue of articles is available too. You can ask:

  • "Find catalogue items that match this request so I can put them on a quote."
  • "Review the margins on my catalogue and flag anything unusually low."

Prices always come straight from your catalogue — the assistant never makes them up.

Scheduling & appointments

  • "What are my bookable meeting types?"
  • "Where's a free slot in my calendar this week for a 30-minute call?"

Notes

  • "Add a note to this lead summarising our call."
  • "What are the most recent notes across my workspace?"

Automations

  • "Catch me up on what's happened in my account recently."
  • "Which automations are failing, and why did this run fail?"

Good to know

  • The assistant asks for your confirmation before taking meaningful actions.
  • Some capabilities are read-and-draft today, with more actions being rolled out over time.
  • Connecting works with Claude out of the box; other AI assistants that support this standard can connect too. Need a hand or a different client? Email support@reuzenpanda.nl.

Privacy. Reuzenpanda never shares your data with AI providers — the integration only runs when you connect an assistant yourself. Which assistant you connect, and whether you're allowed to use it, is your own decision. See Privacy and your responsibility.
